CONDITIONS OF SALES AND TERMS OF PAYMENT

    1.) Super Fresh prices are indicated FOB Bangkok.

    2.) Our prices are net and they include packing & handling costs as well as CITES AND PHYTOSANITARY CERTIFICATES.

    3.) Minimum order should be valued at 300 USD.

    4.) Orders are accepted in writing by fax, e-mail or letter. Please specify clearly the destination airport, the air cargo carrier and your forward agent.

    5.) Upon confirmation of your order, we will send you a pro-forma invoice. Payment must be made at this time before shipping. Please fax us your copy of remittance after having transferred the money. Fax number is CODE+66+2+4374881 ATTN. Ms. Sujin Nopjaroenwong.

    6.) Payment can be made by bank draft or directly though our banks account:

    7.) All order will be shipped along with 2 invoices, 2 packing lists and air waybills or B/L. Please expect to pay around 75 USD per shipment to cover some expenses such as : insecticide inspection and Thai administration fees.

    8.) Any damaged plants due to poor packing conditions will be replaced by notifying us within 7 days. To make a claim please send us photos of the damages. Any approved claims will be compensated with replacement products added to your next shipment order.

    9.) Super Fresh will grant discounts to its good customers on a case by case basis.

    10.) Commission earning, if you have customers and want to deal with us for commission, please contact us for details. You must be a company and we consider serious deal only.

    11.) Price of Fresh Orchid, vegetable, and fruit will be vary according to season. Price is depended on market price.

    12.) If need to ship by sea freight or need CIF price, freight cost is depended on destination.

    13.) For small order must inform us 2 days in advance and for big order need to inform 7 days in advance.

    14.) Lead time for small order by Air freight will be daily delivery but for big order by sea freight in 40 feet container is depend,It might take about 2 days before ship.
